We accept Credit Card Payments and e-Cheque through Paypal and cheques or postal orders via post. When paying with e-Cheque or cheque, please note that no work will begin on your order until the e-Cheque or cheque has cleared through Paypal.
Shipping
There is a flat fee of £6.50 per order and depending on size is either despatched by courier or Royal Mail.
Graphics
Graphics are copyright so please do not take copies off the website for your own use.
Please Note: We will not use licenced graphics such as Disney or Tatty Ted etc as we do not own the licence and cannot use them legally in our products so please do not request this service. This policy was created to ensure that any design we deliver to our clients is 100% legal and compliant. The only exception to this is if you have a logo design to which you own the copyright to 100%. If this is the case, we will need to see a written statement to this effect from the logo designer before we will make the final determination of whether the logo can be used on our products.
Portfolio
Wrapped for You reserves the right to use your completed design and any additional graphics created for your design in our Portfolio as a represention of our past work experience, however we will always gain permission where there is use of a photograph.
Shipping Times
Please note due to the custom and personalised nature of our products, our shipping timescale is 20 working days from when you approve your proof for us to print your order, package and ship it out to you, please note this is in addition to shipping times. We may sometimes get your order out sooner, but cannot guarantee any shipping times sooner than 20 working days, on occasion when we are extremely busy your order can take longer, if you require them by a specific date please fill in the relevant box on your order otherwise it will be assumed that as long as you have your order at least for the week of the event this will be o.k. If you need an order in a rush, please use the rush order option available in the main menu.
International Orders
We can accommodate international orders but please contact us first for a shipping quote.
Refunds
Due to the custom made and personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our merchandise. We provide digital proofs of all of our designs prior to sending to print, once you sign off on a proof, you are responsible for the accuracy of that proof and we will not reprint for errors not caught during the proofing process, please inspect your proof closely for accuracy.
Color Accuracy
There is no way to guarantee color accuracy from what you see on your monitor to the final printed product. This is due to a myriad of issues from monitor calibration, monitor settings, back lighting, and the difference in the color spectrum used for printing versus what your monitor displays. No refunds will be given for color differences or variances.
It is the clients responsibility to make sure they have read, understand, and comply with our terms of service before completing their purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any company or indivual at our discretion.
